Located in the historic South End neighborhood just outside of downtown Charlotte, 1100 South is a transit-oriented development consisting of a 324 unit 4-story apartment over 2-story podium parking. The development was completed by Cambridge Houston, with Capstone Building Corp. as the General Contractor.
