Dallas World Aquarium

The Dallas World Aquarium approached us seeking solutions for zoning and architectural challenges. DWA was facing a parking shortage and sought to develop options for a future garage development and/or lease of surrounding lots. In addition, they sought to move some office functions out of current facilities, and return them to learning and exhibit spaces. Our solution was to provide an urban streetscape, fronted by a 253-parking space garage, abutted by a small mixed-use building for offices, owner’s suite, contained on a 1/2 acre downtown lot.
