Ewing Avenue Oak Cliff / Boutique Multifamily

Nestled on a wooded, nearly one acre site in the Brentwood Trinity Heights neighborhood of Oak Cliff, this community of 36 apartments and 4 townhomes sit just two blocks from the Dallas Zoo, and the Zoo DART station.

In the site plan design we sought several objectives: to retain mature trees on site, to create both public and private green space, and to maximize the street frontage for the pedestrian experience. One way we accomplished these objectives was to break out the residential program into two buildings allowing for greater site flexibility.

This particular community is very special to us. Not only do we make our office down the street, but we’ve been involved in the community in our real estate and community development work for nearly a decade. One of the first new commercial construction projects in East Oak Cliff in decades, the residences are walking distance to the @dallaszoo, @dartdaily Zoo Station, @southerngatewaypark, @theoakcliffassembly, and future @smittoxbrewing.
