Designed for a unique site in Dallas, this building program includes twenty acres of mixed-use infill development along a highway frontage, and bisected by a creek with generous walking trails connecting to a nearby park. The uses on site include approximately 50,000 SF of retail, 75,000 SF office and 1,200 residences.
