Oak Cliff Residence + Garage Unit

In 2018, we worked with Community Focused Ventures to design the restoration of this 1935 craftsman bungalow in Oak Cliff.

In addition to renovating the main 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, the design called for converting the existing garage to a bedroom unit, adding a gentle density to this core Dallas neighborhood.
