At Home

At Home, a North Texas based national home goods retailer, rebranded from Garden Ridge in 2012 and began acquiring real estate in the growing segment of vacant big box stores like Target and Kmart.

Ryan led seven At Home remodels across the country and participated in another 18 projects. At Home continues to open 20-25 stores a year and are now one of Parkway's top clients.
