Dallas Brownstones

Designed for Chicago-based AHC Funds, these twenty-two Cole Avenue townhomes were devised to fit seamlessly into the rich, walkable urban context of Uptown Dallas. The cast stone and brick facades were designed to reflect the architectural heritage of the nearby State-Thomas neighborhood, alongside the Victorian & Craftsman era homes of the late 1800’s and early 1900’s.

Reflecting the concept of a “pocket neighborhood”, the siting of the homes was arranged in a way to create moments of shared outdoor space, such as in the concept of pocket neighborhoods, offering both private and public green space to the residents.
