Haskell Ghost Kitchen

Originally opened as a complimentary off-site kitchen next door to Wriggly Tin Brewpub (now Far Out Dallas), this residential-turned-commercial project now serves as a hub of kitchen prep activity in South Dallas.

Design solutions for the project included: multi-tenant kitchen finish out, programming, access and solving for ingress/egress in an odd-shaped 2,800 square foot footprint, and brightening the building with art and color.

In addition to full-service architectural design, our services included real estate brokerage, representing the owner in the acquisition of the property.
