Merion At Midtown Park

Completed in 2023 with Centre Living Homes, Merion at Midtown Park is where thoughtful design meets urban living.

Located in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, the design program was to create a collection of single-family homes that feel spacious, inviting, and distinctly individual—despite a tight site and strict design parameters. The project was a pivotal step in our journey into speculative residential design, and one that continues to shape how we approach community, collaboration, and craft.
