UNT Dallas Mobile Food Bus

Fresh Moves, an innovative mobile food bus concept designed by LATENT DESIGN, made it's debut in Chicago in 2013. In 2016, the University of North Texas at Dallas approached us about exploring the project of converting a DART bus to a mobile food market with the idea of serving it's surrounding Southern Dallas community. Our design drew its inspiration from the Fresh Moves concept.

The mobile food bus came to fruition, and began serving southern Dallas, in 2018 with a partnership from UNT Dallas, Toyota & Dallas Area Rapid Transit.
