Vermont Village, Dallas, Texas

In 2015, we began working with the Zoo Creek Park Neighborhood Association in Oak Cliff to establish urban design standards for their walkable retail district, Vermont Village. Work included documenting design opportunities and facilitating partnership efforts with City of Dallas, TREC and others.

Today the work continues with Greater Dallas Planning Council preparing an urban design framework for review by the Dallas City Council. The past 4 years have seen a number of businesses grow and move to the district, including: @fayesplacedallas , @recipeoakcliff, @sisbromgmt, and Martinez Insurance, along with a growing list of neighborhood-investors.

We are proud to have partnered with Vermont Village and are excited for the ongoing efforts there.
